the program
First, you will be picked up from your hotel and then drive through Hotels Street, departing from the oldest Sheraton Hotel next door. You will reach the highest point in the city, from where you will have a beautiful panoramic view of the entire city of Hurghada and the Red Sea. Afterwards, you will drive to the city's marina.
The new marina, opened in June 2008, invites you to stroll past stunning yachts and sailing ships on 120,000 square meters. Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful yachts and the harbor atmosphere on a leisurely stroll. Discover the modern lifestyle of the marina, where there are so many restaurants and pleasant cafés.
You'll be able to see the various species of fish that the Red Sea has to offer. Not only that, but fishing boats will set out on the current, after which you'll head to the Sakala district. In this part of town, you'll visit the El Mina Mosque and have the opportunity to photograph the minarets from the outside. You'll also visit the shipyard, where the beautiful old shipyard is located, with the mosque right next door, and where boats are still being built and restored today.
You can watch the workers at work and then travel to the Al-Dahar district (downtown), where you can still witness typical Egyptian life today. Here you will visit the Coptic Church, considered the oldest church on the Red Sea and built in 1920. It was completely demolished and rebuilt in 2008. Here you will be impressed by the abundance of fruits and vegetables with their wonderful aromas. Around 7:00 p.m., we will drive you back to your hotel.
