First of all, I have to say that the Berliner Reisen team is amazing. From the first contact via WhatsApp to the organization, everything was more than perfect. The price/performance ratio of the trip was far exceeded. We were so well looked after on the boat with drinks and food that we didn't even want to go out to eat at the hotel in the evening. We were a small group of 8 people on a huge, clean boat and, of course, there was an amazing team on board who made our day at sea an unforgettable experience. Snorkeling guides who were always on our side with advice and support. We saw dolphins several times and were even able to swim with them. In conclusion, from now on we will only book our trips in Egypt with Europa Reisen (we have often had major disappointments with larger providers). Many thanks to the Europa Reisen team

I'm beyond thrilled. We saw dolphins that were about 2 meters away from us. Then we went to two different coral reefs, and at first we were alone. Our group was very small, only 6 people, and it was fantastic. The crew was amazing, so helpful and accommodating that even the nervous participants had a great experience. I've already booked my next trip with you. Absolutely fantastic. I'm excited to see the videos and photos taken by a crew member.

We vacationed in Hurghada in August and booked our excursions privately through Berliner Reisen. I highly recommend it, as you can tailor the trip to your individual needs and escape the crowds. The prices are completely reasonable, and the guides are very friendly, dedicated, and knowledgeable. We booked the VIP dolphin tour, the turtle tour in Abu Dabbab, the Hurghada city tour, Luxor, and the sunset quad tour. Booking was handled from Germany via WhatsApp, which was super easy and quick. All information, questions, and requests were exchanged through this portal, and no advance payment was required; payment is always made on the day of the trip. Our next vacation in Egypt is in the planning stages, and we're already looking forward to even more excursions with Europa Reisen :)

You couldn't have a better tour. The people on the boat were super nice, the food was delicious, there were drinks available all the time, and the guests' wishes were catered for. The dolphins were a bit difficult to find this time (it is the open sea, after all), but they didn't give up, and we finally found a group of dolphins, including babies. It was simply amazing and dreamy. It couldn't be better. There was no mass tourism either. We were the only boat for miles around. I can only recommend it. And I especially like that the dolphins weren't hunted. Great trip and great team.

We went on this fantastic trip in July. Booked it from Germany and were in constant contact via WhatsApp. Very reliable pickup, and the boat was a great, large, and clean one. Breakfast was served in the morning, and we were provided with drinks throughout the day. Seeing the dolphins up close in the open sea and swimming with them was fantastic. The entire staff and our guide were very friendly and helpful. Snorkeling equipment, including goggles, a snorkel, fins, and a life jacket, was provided for each participant. Since this isn't mass tourism, we will book EVERYTHING through Berliner Reisen again on our next trip to Egypt. Thank you so much for this fantastic and unforgettable day :-)

The transfer was very random and safe, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The guys on the boat made a lot of effort to look for dolphins at sea and so they went out on several trips. Even though the weather was unfortunately windy, we were able to enjoy the sunshine and the views. The snorkeling was fantastic; the corals were beautiful and colorful and there were lots of fish to see. Unfortunately the sea was very choppy at the first stop. And for the second stop it was too cold and windy; once you've put on dry clothes you don't want to get wet again. The food was very good. There was no annoying loud music playing all the time, which was very nice and pleasant. We weren't bothered and we weren't forced to tip! In the end we did see dolphins after all.

I can only recommend booking your excursions here with Ahmad. He's very helpful, makes all your wishes come true, and is always available on his cell phone for any further questions. Furthermore, the prices are significantly lower than with any other provider. There's also the opportunity to get discounts. We'll be booking all our excursions with him again next year; I can't imagine a better guide than him. Ahmed is the sweetest person on earth and will fulfill your every wish! The prices aren't cheaper anywhere else, and I've been to Egypt many times, yet the service is top-notch! You can tell he doesn't want to rip off his guests like many other agencies. He does everything from his heart and treats everyone like family. Highly recommended!
